Independent technology consulting
Full cycle technology
solutions.
MW Solutions is an independent technology consulting practice for organizations whose systems haven’t kept up with how they work.. Most clients come in when something stopped functioning, whether it’s software the team never adopted, infrastructure no one has touched since the person who set it up left, or tools that no longer fit their needs. The work covers the full cycle: finding what is really broken, choosing and implementing the right solution, and supporting your team until the change holds. For over 15 years, MW Solutions has given every client a single point of contact, from the first call to the finished project. Based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, the practice serves clients across the U.S. and abroad.

The work in practice.
Managed technology services for a school
The embedded technology function for a private school, built and run over fifteen years. The work started with the website and marketing and grew into full IT direction as the school moved from on-site servers and a managed computer lab to cloud tools and one-to-one devices. It now includes Google Workspace administration, mobile device management across 180+ student and faculty devices, web content filtering, donor and fundraising databases, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, planning, and privacy compliance.
Multilingual Website Design and Hosting
A multilingual website for a small hospitality business serving international audiences. The site was built from the ground up and has been maintained and updated for over ten years as the business grew. Because the business has no IT staff, the work extends beyond the website to email and account administration and ongoing technical support. Ten years later, the site, email, and search listing still work together and stay current, without the owners having to manage any of it.
Email Authentication
Email authentication through DNS for a small business with no IT staff. Mail from the company wasn’t reliably reaching recipients. A full review of the DNS records found that the email authentication was set up for a provider the company no longer used, while other required settings were missing entirely. The records were cleaned up, the email authentication standards were configured correctly, and delivery was tested and monitored until the reports showed zero failures. In a small organization, the failure that matters is usually the one no one is watching.
Production Tracking System Setup
Workflow tracking and reporting for a professional education company producing a large catalog of video courses. The existing system tracked each course’s progress separately, with no view of the full catalog in progress. The work began with mapping how production actually moved, followed by a reporting layer that shows status across every course in one place. The core catalog was completed within months of the system going live.
